Student Center Flex Manager

Posting Number Stu364P Working Title Student Center Flex Manager FLSA Exempt Student Pay Level Flex Advertised Pay Rate 13.00 Position Status FWS/REG Department Student Emp Student Center/Conference Serivces Job Summary/Basic Function Monitor events, including event and tech set-up.

Manage onsite facility and customer relations to include resolving conflicts and issues.

Serve as a point-of-contact with guests who are utilizing meeting space to ensure needs are met.

Open and/or close the student center.

Assist with facility setups.

Minimum Qualifications * Service-oriented position; requires a high degree of customer service through constant interaction with members of the university, community, and the general public.

* 2.0 or higher GPA in Good Standing.

* Must be available to participate in mandatory training sessions.

* 1 semester or more of Student Center student employee experience (Info Center, Games Zone, etc.). * CPR, First Aid, AED certified.
