Primary Care Physician Position Summary: Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult medicine, primary care practice in the quiet and quaint, southern New England town of East Lyme, situated on the I-95 corridor on the coastline in southern Connecticut.
