What You'll Be Doing:
As an Associate Dentist, you'll lead with compassion and clinical expertise-delivering top-quality care while playing a key role in supporting the performance, culture, and success of the office.
Deliver hands-on patient care each week in a modern, well-supported practice
Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options
Create customized treatment plans that align with clinical guidelines and patient needs
Collaborate closely with your Office Manager to nurture a high-performing, patient-first environment
Provide mentorship and training to clinical team members including hygienists and dental assistants
Partner with HR and leadership teams on hiring, performance feedback, and office development
Act as a clinical leader in daily huddles and team communications
Support the business through risk management reporting and coding/billing reviews
Ensure full compliance with OSHA, dental board regulations, and internal protocols
What We're Looking For:
A licensed DDS or DMD in good standing
Strong diagnostic and restorative skills
Passion for patient education and preventive care
Leadership mindset with excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Requirements
Educational and Regulatory Requirements
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance
Valid DEA license
Current CPR Certification
