* Provide direct dyslexia intervention services to students based on district-approved, evidence-based programs.
* Collaborate with campus teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 accommodations for students with dyslexia.
* Support and guide a team of campus dyslexia interventionists by offering mentorship, modeling best practices, and providing feedback to improve instructional delivery.
* Collaborate with campus staff to ensure fidelity to the dyslexia intervention program and best practices.
* Assist in planning and delivering professional development opportunities related to dyslexia instruction.
* Collect and analyze data on student progress, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of outcomes related to dyslexia interventions.
* Maintain records of student interventions, progress, and other relevant documentation in compliance with district policies and regulations.
* Report on the effectiveness of dyslexia programs to campus administrators, district leadership, and other stakeholders as necessary.
* Work collaboratively with dyslexia interventionists, administrators, other educational professionals, and parents to ensure the success of students with dyslexia.
* Provide ongoing support to campuses through regular site visits and meetings to address concerns and challenges related to dyslexia instruction.
* Travel between campuses as needed to provide direct services, conduct professional development, and support campus teams.
* Required Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
* Preferred Master's Degree from an accredited university.
* Required/Preferred Education Level Field of Study/Concentration.
* Preferred Valid Texas Teacher Certificate with required endorsements for subject and subject level assigned.
* Preferred Licenses/Certifications-Dyslexia Practitioner or Therapist Certification preferred.
* Required 3 - 5 years of directly related experience with the process of dyslexia identification and dyslexia intervention required.
* Experience with multisensory language programs and dyslexia assessment.
* Strong communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Knowledge of disability discrimination laws and dyslexia services policies.
* In-depth understanding of dyslexia, related disorders, and remediation techniques.
* Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and using technology tools for instruction and record-keeping.
