Children and Teen Clinician - Amesbury, MA
Job type: Full-time
Shifts : Days (Mon-Fri) We have a voluntary on-call program that clinicians can sign up for in which they earn a stiped
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering mental health services to children with a variety of needs, including trauma, anxiety, and depression
Work closely with school personnel, other outside treatment providers, and families to provide a quality continuum of care
Completion of intake and assessments as needed to determine the appropriate level of care
Completion of all required documentation in client file within set timeframes in accordance with state regulations and program policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling or related field with license preferred (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, LADC 1)
CANS certification preferred, or ability to become certified upon hire
Familiarity with ASAM Dimensions
Experience treating children and/or adolescents
Knowledge of insurance billing
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders required
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and writing skills
Knowledge of trauma-informed care
Familiarity with Electronic health Records
Flexible schedule (evenings required)
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings: Adam Walsh/DCF background check, CORI, and drug screen
