Shift Lead

Full Job Description: We are looking for a Shift Leader!

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a leading position.

You should also be available to take evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities: * Ensure that the track is fully operational, and inspection has been completed * Responsible for keeping all staff on task and in their correct positions * Complete daily inspection paperwork * Responsible for running all staff breaks * Training new employees * Communicate with the management team about daily operations Requirements: * Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills * Open availability/flexibility for shifts * Strong customer service skills * Excellent time management skills * Outgoing and maintaining a positive attitude * Team player with a strong work ethic * General knowledge of POS systems, Computers, Mathematical skills, and track operations * Ability to work under pressure * Self-motivated * Ability to make decisions Job Types: Full-time Start Pay: From $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Sick pay * Up to 2 weeks vacation per year * Employee discount * Ticket exchange program with local attractions * Flexible schedule Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
