Daytime, face-to-face & hybrid class offerings include Buncombe and Madison County area high schools (9-12 grades). Duties The commitment by instructional personnel includes all professional responsibilities within the role of an instructor which may include but are not limited to: 1.

Instructional preparation and presentation 2.

Timely and accurate record keeping and reporting of attendance and grades 3.

LMS (Moodle) proficiency 3.

Student academic consultations and assistance 4.

Other class-related activities which may be necessary outside of scheduled class hours Minimum Requirements 1.

Master's degree Preferred Qualifications 1.

One year successful teaching experience, ideally at A-B Tech Community College and/or in the NCCCS 2.

Demonstrated ability to successfully teach and motivate high school students 3.

Working knowledge of Moodle LMS and Microsoft Office 4.

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse populations 5.

Thorough knowledge of the NCCCS and ABTCC Special Instructions to Applicants 1.
