This is a great opportunity for an experienced Diesel/CNG Maintenance Shop Supervisor!

Position Overview: The Diesel/CNG Maintenance Shop Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of one of the company's maintenance facilities, which maintain our fleet of 1,000+ trucks.

Responsibilities include assigning and monitoring maintenance work on Diesel/CNG trucks and heavy equipment, minimizing equipment downtime and repair costs, and ensuring safe facility operations.

Position Responsibilities: * Plan and monitor maintenance work assignments to ensure maintenance and repairs minimize downtime and expense.

* Maintain parts inventories to expedite vehicle service and reduce overhead expense.

* Ensure all maintenance policies and records are accurate and compliant with all regulations.

* Mentor and develop maintenance team members to promote professional growth.

* Maintain a safe and orderly shop environment.

* Manage administrative matters including schedules, performance management, and absence requests.

Pay: Annual opportunity of $80-85k Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Job Type: Full-time Qualifications Candidate Qualifications: * 5+ years' experience managing a maintenance facility for a fleet of 100+ trucks and 20+ maintenance team members.

* Thorough knowledge of safe working practices, DOT, OSHA, and other federal and state regulations.

* Advance knowledge of Diesel/ CNG equipment drivetrain, electrical, hydraulic, and structural systems.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Experience in managing maintenance shop budgets.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS: Previous experience in the refuse industry with CNG and A/C systems.

Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.
