The candidate tutor must be committed to providing group and individual tutoring to students during specific days and evening hours in the Physics Student Lounge of Lappin Hall.
The tutor is expected to work with all PHYS 201/202/231/232 teaching faculty to keep abreast of upcoming exams and provide specific exam review sessions for each course.

Other Duties and Responsibilities Must be a current MSU student Must maintain satisfactory academic progress Must feel comfortable using nominal judgment and possess basic analytical or decision-making skills Must have the ability to understand and to follow written and verbal instructions Must be able to operate equipment relevant to the distinctive position Knowledge of the unique requirements of the placement location.
Student must have completed PHYS 232 or its equivalent.
Student must be a current physics major.
