We're looking for board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to join a high-performing team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina-one of the fastest-growing counties in the U.S. As part of an exciting expansion to meet growing community needs, two brand-new, state-of-the-art Free-Standing Emergency Departments (FSEDs) are being launched.

8-bed FSED opening late 2026 in the growing Socastee area
This is a rare opportunity to work in a community-focused, innovation-driven healthcare setting that combines high-acuity emergency medicine with lifestyle-oriented scheduling and long-term career growth.
Schedule & Workload
120 hours/month minimum (12-hour shifts); additional shifts available with no cap
Flexible rotations between the main Emergency Department and FSEDs
Average patient volume: 1.8-2 patients/hour
Main ED daily coverage: 4 physicians & 3 APPs
No call responsibilities
