Logan Academy ABE/GED Instructor

* Instruct students in Pre-GED and GED preparation * Responsible for teaching common core standards curriculum * Preparing students for the GED including but not limited to: math, language arts, science, social studies, and career development * Utilize a variety of appropriate instructional strategies in a multi-level environment * Monitor attendance and complete paperwork as required * Other duties as assigned Education & Experience Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with non-traditional students * Teaching experience in math, reading, English, science, social studies, life skills * Some experience with individualized instruction Deadline to Apply: Open until filled Type of Position: Part-time; Adult Basic Education Projected Starting Date: Immediately Location/Time: Marion, 6-9 pm, T, W, Th Salary range starts at: $21.00 per contact hour Complete a John A.
