Then Please Keep Reading Pay is $85000k to $95000k What our Client Offers * They offer a Yearly Bonus Potential * State of the Art Manufacturing Facility * They have an open-door policy for suggestions or advice * There is also a 401k match, Tuition Reimbursement, Medical and much more What you will be Doing * Representing the company as a management team member, advancing the goals of Safety, Quality, and Productivity in a food manufacturing environment * Review the ongoing efficiencies of manufacturing and support systems throughout the facility; make recommendations and implement improvements as necessary * Coaching team members in proper troubleshooting techniques, maintenance, and repair of plant systems * Supervising team members overall job performance including overall job proficiency, adherence to company rules, policies and professional standards * Utilize CMMS system including work orders, purchase order, inventory control, and equipment history, in performing job tasks * Troubleshoot and repair controls systems including network problems associated with PC's, PLC's, and various man-machine interfaces Required Skills/Experience * 3 plus years of experience in manufacturing * 2 plus years of supervisory experience of maintenance * Experienced with CMMS, machinery, repair, electrical/automation, etc.
