Preschool for All Teacher ROE Clinton County

Duties Key Responsibilities: * Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Illinois Early Learning Standards and the Preschool for All guidelines.

* Create a welcoming, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

* Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members across both sites.

* Collaborate with paraprofessionals, support staff, and site administrators to ensure program quality and consistency.

* Conduct ongoing assessment and documentation of children's progress using approved assessment tools.

* Travel between assigned sites to deliver a high-quality program at each location.

* Participate in professional development opportunities, team meetings, and required trainings.

Qualifications Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Illinois Teaching License with appropriate endorsement in Early Childhood Education and successfully pass a criminal background check.

Early Childhood Special Education preferred.

Candidate must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily between program locations.
