Job Title: Internal or Family Medicine PhysicianLocation: Sonoma County, CASalary: $230,000 - $280,000 (with stipends available for residents in their last year)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMCall: Very limited, approximately 3 weeks per yearSetting: Outpatient only

Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in the beautiful Sonoma County area. This role focuses primarily on adult and geriatric patients, with a limited pediatric caseload. We welcome Residents and New Graduates and offer a highly competitive salary and support with stipends for those in their final year of residency.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adults and geriatric patients, with some pediatric care as needed.

Conduct women's health services, including IUD insertion/removal.

Perform minor in-office procedures such as splinting, suturing minor lacerations, incision & drainage (I&D), and trigger point/joint injections.

Interpret x-rays and provide employment physicals and disability exams.

Offer preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of conditions, with a focus on enhancing patient quality of life.

Preferred Skills & Procedures:

Women's health care experience, including IUD procedures.

Basic adult procedures such as suturing, I&D, and joint injections.

X-ray interpretation.

Ability to conduct employment physicals and disability exams.

Requirements:

MD or DO degree with completion of a residency in Internal or Family Medicine.

Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine.

Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) to practice in California.

Residents in their final year are encouraged to apply, with stipends available.
