Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

* Ability to work independently as well as with others.

* Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.

* Ability to test, trouble shoot and resolve errors in operating systems.

* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access...) * Basic knowledge of various operating systems.

* Basic knowledge of security protocols, best practices and common vulnerabilities.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled or graduated within the last twelve months from an accredited college or university degree program.

No experience required for this position.
