Position: Residential Clinician
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Amesbury, MA
Pay: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intakes and assessments to determine appropriate level of care
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide individual, group, couples, and family counselling
Facilitate crisis intervention and recovery/safety planning
Complete all required documentation and clinical notes in a timely manner
Refer clients to appropriate external resources and services
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, clinical supervision, and agency trainings Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Licensure preferred: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, LCSW, LADC I (Accepting unlicensed candidates as well)
Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions
Familiarity with ASAM Dimensions and Electronic Health Records
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and harm reduction strategies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Understanding of insurance billing and documentation requirements
Flexible schedule (evenings required)
Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including CORI, DCF/Adam Walsh, and drug testing
