Location: Spartanburg, SC

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Histology Supervisor to lead a dynamic laboratory team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent compensation, great benefits, and a daytime schedule with weekends off!

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the histology laboratory

Supervise and train histotechnologists and support staff

Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and other regulatory standards

Perform grossing, embedding, microtomy, and staining as needed

Maintain quality control procedures and troubleshoot technical issues

Collaborate with pathologists and lab leadership to optimize workflow Qualifications:

ASCP certification required (HT/HTL)

Minimum 2-3 years of histology experience (lead/supervisory preferred)

Strong knowledge of histology techniques, lab regulations, and quality control

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
