Job Description
The Plant Manager will be responsible for the following:
Delivering production performance targets
Leading and developing high-performing teams
Ensuring compliance with all safety, health and environmental regulations
Upholding PSM, OSHA and ISO 9001 environmental requirements
Driving continuous improvement and process optimization
Applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and TPM methodologies
Improving and maintaining product quality performance

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Plant Manager should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Proficiency using ERP systems
Skilled in operational budget management and capital project recommendations
10+ years of progressive leadership experience
5+ years of managing multi-functional teams
Proven expertise in chemical processes, unit operations and process control systems
What's on Offer
A base salary range of $130,000 - $180,000
