Job Title: Hospitalist and Nocturnist

Locations: San Antonio, TX

Job Type: Full-time, W2 and 1099 options available

Job Description: Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physician and contribute to high-quality patient care across major hospital systems. We offer flexible employment models (W2 and 1099) to fit your professional and personal needs.

Physician Compensation & Schedule:

Employment Type: W2 or 1099

Rotation: 7-day blocks, Monday to Sunday

Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM day shifts; 7 PM - 7 AM night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Manage an average patient census of 20 patients per day.

Utilize hospital EMRs; no centralized EMR system.

Provide supervision to APPs during day shifts; APPs work independently at night.

No procedures required; respond to codes as necessary based on site.

Facility & Support:

Open ICU environment.

Mid-level support available with each APP having a supervising physician.
