We are currently looking for a Full Time IT Client Solutions Administrator to join our IT Client Services Unit 2 team located at the Information Technology Building.

Summary:

The IT Client Solutions Administrator operates and supports client hardware and software technology solutions and services to meet the technical and business outcomes of Chickasaw Nation customers. Administers solutions across on-premise, hybrid, cloud and mobile platforms to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services

Responsibilities:

* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types

- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner

- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics

* Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.

* Assists with day-to-day operations of the division or facility

* Prepares ad hoc reports

* Installs upgrades and patches to existing systems

* Support client software solutions and services deployed across multiple platforms and delivery models (on-premise, hybrid, cloud, mobile)

* Ensure all user-endpoints have an appropriate and healthy client management tool and anti-virus application installed and are reporting back to their respective servers

* Perform regular health-checks of client endpoints and remediate issues as necessary

* Maintain client management applications to ensure smooth and efficient operation; resolving technical issues as they arise and applying patches and upgrades as required

* Advanced knowledge of client systems (desktops, notebooks, workstations, mobile devices, peripherals) and software distribution & installation.

* Ensure that the client management application maintains an accurate, up-to-date client inventory

* Deploy and verify approved images for each common operating environment used by client endpoints.

* Install, configure and perform preventive maintenance for client hardware and peripherals in accordance with internal standards and operational requirements

* Repair and recover from client hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted individuals and/or teams.

* Provide Tier II/III/other support per request from Service Center or other IT teams as needed

* Investigate and troubleshoot issues and follow-up to resolve

* Document, track, and monitor issues using standard systems and tools

* Perform firmware and driver maintenance on all supported printer servers

* Configure various server and client operating systems for printing; install, configure, and maintain network printers as needed.

* Identify, implement and manage continuous improvement of client technology solutions and services

* Maintain and implement best practices operating procedures for all periodic client management application tasks

* Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of Client Services processes and services.

* Develop and maintain client hardware and software support process documentation

* Prepare users and other IT support teams by conducting training programs for client hardware and software operations and support.

* Create and edit knowledge management artifacts to enhance operational capabilities

* Utilize ITSM tools to capture and record all work performed daily

* Performs all other duties as assigned

* Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems planning and technical support functions

* Knowledge of cloud, data analytics, DevOps, and artificial technology

* Ability to multitask

* Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management

* Writes effective communications with team, departments, guests and management

Skills:

Essential:

* Expertise in ITIL environment

Experience:

* 3 years directly related experience

Education:

Essential:

* Bachelors Degree in directly related field

Credentials:

* Standard Driver's License

* Pass gaming background check

* Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position

* ITIL Foundation Certification
