IDD Behavior Support Specialist

Alvis, Inc is recruiting for a Behavior Support Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The purpose of the position is to provide treatment, counseling, and strategies to help minimize symptoms of behavioral concerns shared by our IDD clients.

Requirements

Three (3) years of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and implementing behavioral support strategies and plans.

Bachelor's Degree in human services related field (Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, etc.)

Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license

Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test

Must complete 40 hours of in-service &/or professional development training annually

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
