Job Responsibilities:

Must-have:

Strong AWS knowledge - working level knowledge on most commonly used AWS technologies/components

Good exposure to Incident Management process

Very fluent communication (writing and verbal) and handle direct client communications on a daily basis

Long-term reliability (this is a skill that every resource will anyway commit but we must be able to get confidence through our evaluation)

Any programming language - preferable Java/J2EE and next priority Golang
