Our company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Career Coach to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one career coaching sessions to clients, including career assessments, goal setting, and action planning.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to understand clients' strengths, interests, values, and career aspirations.
Offer guidance and support in resume and cover letter writing, job search strategies, networking, and interview preparation.
Help clients identify and overcome barriers or challenges in their career development.
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market information, and job search techniques to provide the most relevant and up-to-date advice.
Provide free consultations and collaborate with team to increase revenue.
Utilize coaching techniques and tools to facilitate self-discovery, learning, and growth for clients.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
Assist with reviewing resumes and LinkedIn optimization.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in career coaching, career counseling, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, human resources, or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of various industries, job markets, and career development trends.
Proven track record of helping individuals achieve their career goals through coaching and guidance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
Ability to adapt coaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using career assessment tools and job search platforms.
Professional certifications in coaching or career development.
