X-Ray Technologist ($5k Bonus)

Swedish Radia Imaging Center, an outpatient imaging facility in beautiful Edmonds, WA, is seeking a talented X-Ray Technologist to join our close-knit group of professionals who are passionate about exceptional patient care, collaborative teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Compensation: The salary range is $35.42/hourly to $54.46/hourly.

The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to current job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

The compensation listed is based on full-time employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week.

Position Hours: Monday-Friday/Days Benefits: * Up to $5k Sign On Bonus * 2 Medical plans to choose from, dental, vision, life, and LTD * HSA and FSA available * A 401(k)-employer match, with a profit-sharing component * Up to 21 paid days off per year * 8 paid holidays annually * Life and disability insurance * Free onsite parking * Learning opportunities through professional development programs * Educational Assistance * Service bonus Position Summary: * Properly performs X-Ray imaging to ACR standards * Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high quality imaging * Assists radiologist with specialized procedures * Prepares sterile trays * Properly screens orders prior to exam for any precautions or contraindications * Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner * Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards Qualifications and Requirements: * Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of study * Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT) * One year of X-Ray experience preferred * Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR * Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions About Radia Radia is one of the largest and most progressive radiology groups in the nation.
