Administrative Leadership & Management * Assist with the planning and implementation of special activities for the Office of Counseling Services * Develop appropriate paperwork for documentation of counseling services to each client and supervise the maintenance of confidential counseling files * Engage in other duties as assigned by supervisor Direct Clinical Services * Provide counseling services to university students, faculty and staff experiencing stress-related difficulties, life crises and/or other personal difficulties impending their development via individual, and couple, group counseling * Serve on a counseling crisis team to assist students and others in the university community as necessary * Serve on rotation, to provide on-call assistance to students involved in crisis situations, personal difficulties, suicide attempts, sexual assault, etc.
