Medical Scribe

Overview A Medical Scribe will work as a personal real-time transcriptionist to the physician during medical exams; performing documentation in the EHR, gathering information for the patient's visit, and partnering with the physician to deliver the pinnacle of efficient patient care and to improve patient flow.

Qualifications * High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent * Bachelor's degree in healthcare field preferred * Successful completion of Medical Assistant training program an asset * Experience with medical terminology * Excellent computer skills * Minimum of 60 typed WPM preferred * Impeccable verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail * Excellent bedside manner
