ESL Lead Instructors Part-Time 2025-2026 JobID: 1351 Position Type: Continuing Education/ESL Date Posted: 6/26/2025 Location: Morris County Vocational School District Closing Date: Until Filled Additional Information: Show/Hide QUALIFICATIONS: * Candidate must be a NJ State Licensed teacher in an academic area at elementary or secondary level * A valid NJ State DOE Supervisor Certificate is preferred but not required * ESL Teaching experience is preferred but not required TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: * Availability for the duration of the program from September 2025 to June 2026 * Option #1: Saturday morning assignment from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm * Option #2: Evening assignment two nights per week 5:30 to 9 pm * Multiple Positions Available.

Sites include MCST- Denville Campus and Morristown High School RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a grant-funded program that provides free instruction and practice in English for students (16 and older) who wish to improve reading, speaking, writing, and listening skills * Supervise and assist instructors who have direct responsibility for teaching assigned classes * Facilitate communication to staff and students * Provide technical assistance as needed * Provide any and all information required by the Program Specialist/Coordinator for reports, etc.

* Input data into the LACES system (training provided) * Facilitate registration of students which includes pre and post testing EOE/AA
