GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Western Sierra Medical Clinic is seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant for our Auburn, CA location.
The NP/PA will provide general and preventative care, conduct check-ups, treat illnesses, order lab tests, and prescribe medication for children and adults.
The successful candidate will identify the needs of the patient or their family through thorough evaluation and exceptional communication.
They will work with the patient and their family to determine appropriate treatment plans and will refer to other health professionals and community agencies.
The NP/PA will provide patient and family education on a variety of health topics.

Since then, Western Sierra Medical Clinic has expanded its services and service area with locations across the Nevada, Placer, Sierra, and Yuba counties.
The salary range for this position is $130,000-155,000.
Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: * Knowledge: Licensed Physician in good standing.
* Education: A Doctor of Medicine or a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an approved school of medicine or osteopathy.
Board Certified preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital, medical group, or similar medical facility.
* License: Current California Physician License, current DEA.
