Job Title: Client Benefits Specialist

Job Overview:

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Benefits Specialist to join our client to support benefit administration and client servicing efforts in Camden, NJ. This is a direct-hire, onsite opportunity offering the chance to be a trusted resource for both clients and carriers. In this role, you will handle day-to-day benefit inquiries, oversee eligibility and billing processes, and work closely with carriers to resolve claims. This position is ideal for an experienced benefits professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys problem-solving in a collaborative team setting.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $70,000 annually

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Client Benefits Specialist:

• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses on a wide range of benefit-related topics.

• Manage eligibility, enrollment, and billing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Partner with carriers and internal teams to resolve claims issues and streamline benefit administration.

• Maintain organized and accurate client records, including benefit documents and claim resolutions.

• Contribute to departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the efficiency of client servicing.

Qualifications and Skills for the Client Benefits Specialist:

• 5-10 years of experience in benefits administration, carrier services, or third-party administration.

• Strong customer service background with polished communication skills and professional presence.

• Familiarity with benefit plan structures, enrollment systems, and claims processes.

• Ability to manage competing priorities with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; prior experience with benefits administration systems is highly valued.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

• Life and Health License is a plus, but not required.
