Lab Technician I

Our client, fortune 500 in the beauty industry, is seeking a Lab Technician I to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting microbiological testing activities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, experience working with pipetting or aseptic techniques and Knowledge of microbiological testing procedures.

Job Title: Lab Technician I

Location: Franklin Township, NJ

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour

What's the Job?

Support manufacturing activities by performing microbiological quality control tests on finished goods, raw materials, and bulk products

Conduct air, water, and environmental sampling and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards

Accurately prepare, document, and maintain records, reports, and validation studies such as disinfection validation

Identify and alert management to potential quality control issues in a timely manner

Participate in microbiological audits and serve as a management representative during compliance reviews

What's Needed?

Experience working in a laboratory setting with pipetting or aseptic techniques

Knowledge of microbiological testing procedures and quality standards

Detail-oriented with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency

Proficiency with standard computer systems such as MS Office
