Description
The Holiday Inn Greensboro Coliseum is currently looking for a dynamic Front Desk Manager.
Will supervise front desk associates
Will assist in training new associates
Will ensure that exceptional customer service is provided
Will answer questions and concerns from guests and associates
Will check guests in and ensure correct billing
Requirements
Should have prior hotel front desk leadership experience
Must have exceptional customer service skills
Should have excellent attention to detail
Must be able to thrive in a busy work environment
