Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join their team! In this role, you'll process customer orders, coordinate with manufacturers, and provide top-notch support to clients, contractors, and distributors.

*Submit and track orders with manufacturers

*Communicate updates, lead times, and resolve order issues

*Handle changes, cancellations, and expedite requests
