PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist to join a collegial group serving a busy regional referral facility in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. This is a full-time, hospital-based position offering a broad and stimulating case mix, opportunities for subspecialty work, and strong support from both local colleagues and PathGroup's extensive subspecialty network. The ideal candidate will bring excellent diagnostic skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering high-quality pathology services.

Key Responsibilities
General surgical pathology and cytopathology sign-out
Frozen section interpretation and intraoperative consultations
Non-gynecologic cytopathology and ROSE for interventional pulmonary procedures
Participation in tumor boards and interdisciplinary case discussions
Quality assurance and collaborative hospital engagement
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
AP/CP Board Certification or Eligibility required
Virginia medical license or eligibility required
Strong diagnostic and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
