PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual, English and Spanish REPORTS TO: Principal/Director or designee SUPERVISES: Teacher aides and volunteers assigned JOB GOAL: To help students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, responsible citizens.

SALARY RANGE: $44,323-$95,052 as determined by professional experience and NLEA contract.

A $1000 hiring bonus may be offered to new employees certified in an area of shortage as defined by the state department of education.

Additional retention bonus payments of $750 annually for up to four years may be offered with contract renewal.
