Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 5x8 DAYS (0700-1530) BUT hours will be 0800-1630 when on call

Call Requirements: Every 3rd or 4th weekend and 1 day a week, except the 7th week, it will be a full week of call

Weekend Requirement: Only on-call weekends "Holiday Requirement: If the position starts July 27th, there will not be a holiday to cover. If the position is not filled and the 13 weeks falls over Thanksgiving that may need to be covered.

Floating Requirement: None

Additional Information: We are a Thrombectomy Stroke Center. Experience with cerebral and neurovascular procedures preferred. We are a busy department; we have some weeks with 2 doctors and some weeks with 3 doctors.

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours

Years of experience REQ: 2YR- Years of experience should be the years of scrub experience.

First-timers accepted: NO- HARD STOP

Locals accepted: No, traveler must live at least 50 miles away from the facility

Pending State License accepted: Y, must be active by start

Special Requirements: Needs someone who can scrub cases and is familiar with wires. Must be familiar with Client and Siemans Fluoro rooms and vascular IR includes endografts, Neurovascular and trauma along with body IR

IR experience but also Neurovascular IR. They are a stroke thrombectomy facility.
