What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate daily deliveries and dispatch drivers to ensure timely and efficient service.
Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and plant personnel to manage schedules and resolve issues.
Monitor and adjust delivery routes based on changing conditions and priorities.
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and driver activity.
Support safety and compliance by adhering to company policies and DOT regulations.

Proficiency with dispatching software and basic computer applications.

Work Environment
This role is based in a dispatch office setting with frequent interaction via phone and computer systems. Occasional visits to plant or field locations may be required. The position involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability and responsiveness are key.
