From specimen collection to quality control, your work will directly influence patient outcomes and support our mission of providing quality, comprehensive, and cost-effective healthcare.

What You'll Do * Collect and process patient specimens with accuracy and care.

* Perform in-house testing and prepare samples for outside labs.

* Partner with patients and providers to ensure timely, cost-effective lab services.

* Conduct and document quality control procedures to meet OSHA, CLIA, CQI, and HIPAA standards.

* Participate in team huddles and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

* Stay current with industry standards and professional development.

* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to support excellent patient outcomes.

* Assist with EMR documentation, prescription refills, referrals, and scheduling.

* Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked clinical environment.
