Possess people and diplomacy skills, accompanied by computer and clerical skills.

Two years of experience.

Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
Reports to Director of Student Services Performance Responsibilities * Completes reports of various types, including correspondence, records, notices, and recommendations.
* Obtains, gathers, and organizes pertinent data as needed, and puts it into usable form.
* Maintains a regular filing system, as well as a set of locked confidential files, and processes incoming correspondence as instructed.
* Places and receives telephone calls, and records messages in a pleasant and assuring manner.
* Keeps inventory of supplies and request orders as needed.
* Performs bookkeeping tasks associated with the specific positions.
* Maintains a schedule of activities and makes arrangements for meetings.
* Welcomes visitors and arranges for their comfort and screens unexpected callers.
* Assist in maintaining student special services paperwork.
* Work with teachers, staff, and parents in scheduling meetings * Sharing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the administration.
Terms of Employment: 168-day employment.
Salary and work year to be established by the Superintendent and Board.
Crystal City School District has a 4-day school week.
