Job Title: PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location: The Springs of Pine Bluff – Pine Bluff, AR

Job Type: PRN (As Needed)

Overview:

The Springs of Pine Bluff is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic therapy team on a PRN basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing environment where you can apply your skills to improve the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT)

Assist in implementing treatment plans and interventions to help residents improve or regain daily living and work skills

Document patient care services accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies and compliance requirements

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including OTs, PTs, nursing, and administrative staff

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other care providers

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Arkansas

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

Proficiency in documentation systems (NetHealth experience a plus)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible PRN schedule

Availability:

PRN schedule with weekday and occasional weekend availability preferred
