Job Duties Learn functionalities of a Retail Marketing department while gaining real world understanding of brand development, consumer engagement & campaign execution strategies.

* Contribute to key projects: Work on real-world projects, making impactful contributions to the business * Assist in Strategic Initiatives: Learn, develop, and implement ideas based off Blain's Pillars * Engage in cross-functional teams: Collaborate with different functions to understand how cross functional support contributes to the overall success of the business * Support Daily Operations: Assist the team with day-to-day task to gain insight on the departments process * Present Your Findings: Deliver a presentation of your project and research to key stakeholders * Receive mentor and coaching: Work closely with your mentor receiving feedback and guidance to help you navigate your career path * Participate in hands-on workshops: Led by industry experts, gain valuable insights and skills to equip you for success in the professional world Qualifications * Currently enrolled as an incoming Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university * Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher * Valid driver's license required * Strong communication, writing & time management skills * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities EEO Statement Blain Supply, Inc and Blain's Farm and Fleet (collectively "Blain's") is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
