This position is to be part of the SPRUCE IT UP TEAM, working throughout Pinellas County.* Written skills assessment test is given prior to interviews.

Preference may be given to candidates who possess universal refrigeration certification.

Expectance with routine general maintenance, PM, repair or replacement of rooftop and interior exhaust fans including belts, motors and fan blades assembly.

Candidate must have at least four (4) years' experience in commercial and industrial HVAC Trade.

Experience in multi-trades is preferred but not required.
