What You'll Do

Welcome customers and listen to their concerns with care and professionalism

Document customer and vehicle information accurately

Clearly communicate vehicle symptoms and service needs between customers and technicians

Provide repair and maintenance recommendations based on vehicle history, mileage, and age

Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor

Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles throughout the day

Review completed work and explain charges in a way that's clear and customer-friendly

Build long-term relationships through trust, reliability, and outstanding service

What We're Looking For

Strong background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive service

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to stay positive and focused in a fast-paced environment

Interest in building a long-term career with opportunities for growth

Automotive knowledge or previous service advisor experience is a plus, but not required - training provided for the right candidate
