The Office of Educational Partnerships Program Assistant will provide critical administrative and clerical support with the development of program infrastructure development and implementation within the Office of Educational Partnerships.
Work Schedule: 20-25 hours per week; Monday - Thursday Report to: The Director of Educational Partnerships Specific Duties and Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities * Admin/Clerical * Maintaining and organizing records, including student or employee files.
* Maintaining office supplies, managing inventory, and handling purchase requests.
* Answering phones, responding to emails, and relaying information between program staff, students, and external parties.
* Coordinating meetings, workshops, and appointments.
* Creating and proofreading documents, including letters, memos, and reports.
* Managing inventory of supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
* Program * Develop documents, templates, and presentations that support dual enrollment and K-12 partnership development.
* Compiling, verifying, and formatting data for reports and presentations.
* Assisting with the planning and execution of events, workshops, and student activities.
* Assist with scheduling, inputting student information, and managing project workflow.
* Research * Maintain and organize partnership-related documents, databases, and communication records.
* Gather data on education partnerships, dual enrollment programs, and workforce development (local, state, national). Minimum Qualifications and Standards Required * Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are highly valued.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
