S Shivji Ventures Ltd, located at 9-1080 Cliveden Ave, Delta BC V3M 6G6 is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to add to our team. Job details are as follows:

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Number of Vacancies: 1

Location of work: #9-1080 Cliveden Ave, Delta BC V3M 6G6.

Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week.

Compensation: $36.60/ hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.

Key duties:

. Supervise, coordinate, assign, and review the work of workers engaged in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventory of materials.

. Ensuring compliance with schedules and quality control as per company standards.

. Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics.

. Establish work schedules and procedures, resolve any problems or issues in the operation of the warehouse, and identify any weak links in the supply chain.

. Suggest and implement measures to improve the flow of the warehouse.

. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment throughout the warehouse.

. Train new employees and improve the working of existing employees in the warehouse using the best industry practices and procedures.

. Promotes and enhance a positive employee relations environment including efforts to continuously improve employee engagement and teamwork.

. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

. Education: Completion of Secondary School

. Experience: One to two years of related experience.

. Language: English
