Financial Analyst

Century Group is in search of an experienced Financial Analyst to join a team in DTC. Qualified candidates with 1-3+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

Job Description:

Prepares monthly financial reports and explains variances to plan, prior year and forecast.

Updates monthly forecast files for business leads and performs system upload.

Supports preparation of annual budget.

Performs continuous review of operational and financial data, proactively addressing issues to provide customer and product line profitability analyses.

Performs pro forma new business analyses.

Oversight of operating expenses, working with business on monthly forecast and ensuring accurate coding and allocations. Requirements:

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to work independently and take initiative
