About the Role

As a Cleaning Staff team member, you'll play a key role in making Hartville Hardware a welcoming, safe, and organized space for our customers and team. Your work ensures everyone who walks in has a great experience!

What You'll Do

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize to keep our store spotless.

Clean restrooms and replenish supplies to ensure a comfortable experience for all.

Empty trash and recycling and maintain clutter-free common areas.

Maintain floors and surfaces, handling spills promptly to keep the store safe.

Clean windows and glass surfaces for a bright, inviting environment.

Organize and maintain cleaning supplies efficiently.

Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or maintenance needs.

Who We're Looking For

Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Reliable and able to work independently.

Physically able to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.

Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with cleaning products and safe usage a bonus.

Schedule

Part-time, 24 hours/week

Monday-Friday, 5:00am-9:00am
