About the Role:
As a Lawn, Garden, Farm, Pet, Grill, and Seasonal Sales Team Member, you'll be a trusted resource for our customers, helping them find the right products for their projects, pets, or outdoor spaces. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and working with a variety of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with lawn, garden, farm, pet, grill, and seasonal products.
Provide expert advice on product selection, care, and maintenance.
Answer customer questions, provide solutions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Maintain organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked displays.
Receive and stock deliveries, rotating seasonal products as needed.
Follow safety procedures when handling tools, equipment, and heavy products.
Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience or strong interest in lawn care, gardening, farming, pet care, grilling, or seasonal home goods.
Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items such as bags of soil, mulch, pet food, and farm feed.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and technology to process orders.
Schedule:
Part-time, up to 28 hours per week (hours may vary seasonally).
Must be available for Saturdays and evening shifts.
Store Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-7pm, Saturday 7am-5pm.
