Bilingual Call Center Representative

This position is responsible for answering patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, data entry, and distribution of messages.

Responsibilities: * Act as the first point of contact with patients, answering calls with courtesy and professionalism.

* Provide information, answer questions, and direct patients to appropriate resources.

* Schedule patient appointments.

* Identify urgent requests and emergencies, directing them to the appropriate team members.

* Obtain and verify patient demographic, insurance, and billing information.

* Accurately document patient interactions, inquiries, and appointment details into EPM/EHR System.

* Professionally handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy.

* Report to all scheduled work sites and shifts on time and fully prepared to engage in all job responsibilities; location of work sites and shifts will change at the discretion of the supervisor.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

* High School Diploma or GED Certification.
