Georgesville Nissan is seeking a full-time Customer Service Rep./Service Support Associate with excellent customer service skills to help make our already great team even better! This individual will receive calls into the dealership, be responsible for basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions.

Responsibilities
Receive cash, and credit card payments from customers
Answer incoming calls and scheduling service appointments. Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Will work closely with members of the service team in the service drive to contribute to a positive customer experience
Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus

Available to work flexible hours and some Saturday hours
Clean driving record
