We are seeking an Associate Vice President/Dean for Enrollment Management who will report to the Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs.
This person provides, leadership, strategic direction, management, and oversight for all activities related to admissions, financial aid, and Dual Enrollment.
Example of Duties: * Direct the enrollment services functions, including recruitment, outreach, admissions processing, dual enrollment, and student financial assistance.
* Ensure that all students receive outstanding service.
* Collect and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
* Assess recruitment efforts an implement innovative enrollment strategies.
* Develop, execute, and evaluate an analytics-driven enrollment management plan.
* Lead efforts to employ information systems and technology to support enrollment management.
* Coordinate all aspects of new student onboarding with the Dean of Academic Services.
* Communicate all policies, procedures and changes in Admissions, Dual Enrollment, and Financial Aid operations to the college community.
* Serve as a member of the President's Cabinet.
* Participate and serve on college committees as designated by the Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs.
* Perform other related duties, as assigned by the Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs.
Qualifications: * Master's degree in Education, Student Personnel Services, or related field required.
* At least ten (10) years of administrative experience in student support services in higher education is required; community college experience preferred.
* Experience with student information systems/databases.
* Experience with data analysis and knowledge of effective assessment practices.
* Excellent written, verbal, organizational, interpersonal, and budget management skills.
* Current knowledge of educational trends, issues and challenges for community colleges.
* Experience in a diverse environment.
The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate.
Compensation: Salary is determined by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to, previous relevant experience, education level, and certifications.
The starting salary for this position is $120,000.
